Your health has patterns.
Start seeing them.

Track anything. Understand everything.
Condition-specific metric groups - Parkinson's, diabetes, heart and lung, arthritis, migraine, gut, mental health - or build your own.
Daily check-ins
1-10 sliders for your chosen symptoms, plus vitals, influencing-factor tags and notes - full or quick mode, 30 seconds a day.
Voice entry
Say "fatigue seven, blood pressure 120 over 80" and the form fills itself in - and every text field takes dictation as well.
Trends & correlations
Every metric charted over 7/30/90 days or all time with target bands - plus hints on which tags coincide with worse days.
Compare two periods
Any two date windows side by side - including around each medication start - with every change marked better or worse.
Exercise insights
Steps and workouts logged, then every symptom compared on exercise days vs rest days - both same day and the day after.
Episodes
Migraines, flare-ups, falls - discrete events with severity, triggers and duration, all charted alongside everything else.
Meds & adherence
Medications with dose and schedule, adherence tick-offs and a searchable directory - or scan a prescription label with AI.
Labs
Blood test results with per-test trend charts - photograph or upload a lab report and AI reads every value in for review.
Appointments
Upcoming and past visits with clinician, purpose and outcome notes - so every consult starts where the last one ended.
Import your history
Discharge summaries, referral letters and medication lists read in by AI - dated correctly, reviewed before anything saves.
Files & documents
Private storage for referral letters, scan reports and photos - the paper trail lives beside the data it explains.
Clinical-style report
A SOAP-format PDF of any period - trends, vitals, labs, episodes and medication changes - built for your appointments.
From daily data to doctor-ready evidence
"It's been worse lately" becomes a chart
Doctors get minutes, not hours. Trends turns months of check-ins into clean lines with target bands, and correlation hints surface what your bad days have in common.
- Every metric over 7/30/90 days or all time
- Tag correlations: alcohol, poor sleep, stress, weather...
- Episode markers overlaid on the timeline
Did the new medication actually help?
The compare card puts the 30 days after a medication start next to the 30 days before - every symptom, vital and episode count, each change marked better or worse.
- Presets around each recent medication start
- Any two custom windows compared side by side
- Adherence history so gaps explain blips
| Metric | Before | After | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fatigue | 6.4 | 4.1 | + 2.3 better |
| Sleep quality | 5.2 | 7.0 | + 1.8 better |
| Headache | 3.1 | 3.4 | 0.3 worse |
| Episodes | 5 | 2 | + 3 fewer |
One link for family and clinicians
Share a view-only link, or a view-and-edit link so a family member or carer can log entries without an account. One account can track several people.
- Multiple profiles under one account
- View-only or view-and-edit share links, revocable any time
- CSV export of everything, any time
Do active days actually help?
Log steps and workouts, and the exercise insights compare every symptom on exercise days against rest days - both the same day and the day after - plus how often episodes follow exertion. The answer is personal, and now it is measured.
- Same-day and day-after comparisons for every metric
- Episode frequency after exercise vs after rest
- Custom workout types - tennis, padel, hydrotherapy, anything
| Metric | Rest days | Active days | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fatigue | 6.1 | 4.8 | + 1.3 better |
| Sleep quality | 5.9 | 7.2 | + 1.3 better |
| Joint pain (next day) | 3.2 | 4.1 | 0.9 worse |
| Mood | 6.4 | 7.8 | + 1.4 better |
Just tell it what happened
Tell it "log a migraine, severity 7, started after lunch" or ask "how has my sleep trended since the new medication?" Attach or drag in documents and the AI reads them straight into the app for your review.
A report your doctor reads in two minutes
Any period becomes a clinical-style PDF in SOAP format - symptom trends with charts, vitals, medication changes and adherence, labs with out-of-range flags, and every episode. Appointments start from evidence.
- SOAP structure clinicians recognise instantly
- Trend charts with target bands, not raw numbers
- Labs table with flagged values and reference ranges
Frequently asked
Is my health data private?
Completely. Your entries live in your own account, protected by your login - nothing is sold, shared or mined, and no one sees anything unless you create a share link. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Is this medical advice?
No. Trending is a record-keeping and trends tool - it organises what you observe so you and your doctor can make better decisions. It never diagnoses, and anything unusual it surfaces is framed as "worth raising with your doctor".
I have a specific condition. Will it fit?
There are ready-made metric groups for Parkinson's, diabetes, heart and lung conditions, arthritis, migraine, gut health and mental health - and you can add fully custom metrics for anything else.
What does a daily check-in involve? I'm worried I won't keep it up.
About thirty seconds: a few sliders and any vitals you track. You can also just speak - "slept badly, headache around 4, took paracetamol" - and the AI logs it. Miss a few days? Nothing breaks.
How do lab results get in?
Photograph the blood test or drop in the PDF - AI reads every value, unit and reference range into your labs table, flagged when out of range. No typing.
Can a family member help me track?
Yes - a view-and-edit share link lets a carer or family member log entries without an account, and one account can track several people's profiles.
