The CEO view of the whole suite
Every signed-in user gets a personal dashboard of the whole suite - and for teams, an organisation layer with visibility that is invited, scoped and logged.
Needs attention
Overdue decision reviews, runway warnings, preventative care, streaks and expiring links - every app's alerts on one screen.
The suite at a glance
A live tile per app with its record count and one telling detail - open entries, spend on active builds, the last check-in.
Share links, managed
Every public link you've created in one table - views, approvals, copy and revoke, plus scheduled expiry the server enforces.
The morning brief
One click asks the AI for a three-paragraph narrative - what is urgent, what is trending and what to do next, names included.
Linked records & notes
Connect a feasibility to its costing or a build to its decision memo, and pin freeform notes to any record in any app.
Your data, portable
Download the whole account as one JSON file, print the dashboard as a PDF report or export alerts and links as a spreadsheet.
Organisations
Create an org and share its invite code - every member's reports appear under your account in seconds, managers included.
Org dashboard & usage
Member counts, reports per app, active cohorts and retention, most active users and a live feed - the firm on one screen.
Read-only for owners
Owners and managers inspect every report but change nothing - members join voluntarily and can leave again at any time.
Support with an undo
Admins can view an account as the user sees it and repair values in place - a snapshot before every edit rolls anything back.
Rules, not promises
Access is enforced by the database's own security rules, never just the interface - so there is no way around them at all.
AI at the console
Ask the assistant to revoke a link, log a note, open an account or publish an announcement - every action is still logged.
From morning brief to full oversight
Everything that needs you, one page
Sign in and the dashboard gathers what matters from every app: decision reviews due, construction runway warnings, preventative care, expiring share links and this week's appointments - with a live tile per app and a feed of what changed. One button asks the AI for a morning brief.
- Cross-app alerts, overdue first, each with an Open link
- Share links with views, revoke and scheduled expiry
- Morning brief - the AI narrates what to do next
One code connects your team
Name your organisation and the Backoffice issues an eight-character invite code. Anyone on your team enters it once and their account joins - no emails to type, no permissions matrix to manage. The member list shows who joined and when, and removing someone takes one click.
- Create an organisation in seconds, free
- One invite code instead of per-user setup
- Members can leave - and owners remove - instantly
Fix it on the user's behalf
When a user calls with a broken report, support opens their account - or views the app exactly as they see it - and repairs the value in place. A snapshot is saved before every edit, and every action is written to an append-only audit log with before-and-after diffs, so there is a record of who touched what, and when.
- View as the user: see their app exactly as they do, time-boxed and logged
- Snapshots before every edit - one-click rollback
- Append-only audit log with before-and-after diffs
| When | Action | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Today | edit value | costing / rates / concrete |
| Today | open account | [email protected] |
| Mon | replace node | feasibility |
| Mon | delete branch | decisions / draft-2 |
The whole firm on one screen
The dashboard rolls the organisation up: reports per app, a six-month chart of activity, the most active accounts and a live feed of what changed today. Usage adds the honest numbers - active cohorts, signups per month and whether new members stick.
- Reports per app with a six-month activity chart
- Most active accounts and a firm-wide recent-activity feed
- Active cohorts over 7/30/90 days with 30-day retention
Just tell it what happened
The built-in AI assistant works the dashboard and the console for you - ask what needs attention, extend a share link or fix a value, and every action lands in the audit log. Attach or drag in documents and the AI reads them straight into the app for your review.
Oversight you can stand behind
Visibility in the Backoffice is not taken, it is granted: members join with a code, owners read but never write, and support edits leave a permanent trace. The security rules in the database enforce all of it - the interface is just a window.
- Members grant visibility by joining - and can revoke it
- Owners read-only; only support admins can write
- Append-only audit log of every administrative action
Frequently asked
What do I see when I sign in?
Your own suite dashboard: alerts from every app, overdue first; a live tile per app; your share links with views and scheduled expiry; recent activity, notes and record links - and your data as JSON, PDF or CSV whenever you want it.
Who can see my data?
By default, nobody but you. If you join an organisation its owner can view - not edit - your reports, and you can leave at any time, which ends that visibility instantly. Support admins can access accounts only for troubleshooting, and every action is logged.
Can the org owner change my reports?
No. Organisation owners are read-only by database rule - they can open and inspect every report but the interface has no edit controls for them and the database would reject the write anyway.
How does my team join?
You create the organisation and get an eight-character invite code. Anyone with a free Hummingbird account enters it once on the Backoffice page and appears in your member list immediately - the apps behave exactly as before.
What does support access mean?
When you ask for help, a Hummingbird admin can open your account, see exactly what you see, and repair the broken value on your behalf. A snapshot is saved before every edit so changes can be rolled back, and every action lands in an append-only audit trail.
Is it free?
Yes - the dashboard, creating an organisation, inviting members and using the console are all free, like the rest of the suite.
